Now that the holidays are over, there are no more excuses. It's time to make YOU and YOUR HEALTH a priority. You Ready? Then "Get in the Game". What is the Christian Sports Fitness Challenge? It is a commitment you will have to make for 90 days, to eat better, exercise regularly and begin the journey towards a healthier YOU. Everyone is invited to participate in this challenge and it is FREE. You just have to commit to get fit and do something about it over the next 90 days. You will be asked to 1) Decide what exercise program you are going to do and 2) write out a diet plan. The good news is, regardless of what shape you are in, there is an exercise program for YOU. They key is you have to WANT TO!!! Once that step is out of the way, you are on your way to better health, better fitness and a better lifestyle. Details below: Start Date: January 1, 2012. However, if you hear about this after January 1st, contact me and join us. We will welcome you! Cost: FREE Workout: YOU CHOOSE. God gives us freewill, exercise it! Diet Plan: YOU CHOOSE. God gives us freewill, exercise it! What will be required of YOU? 1) Write out your goals and objectives of this fitness challenge (ie, lose 20 lbs, get in better shape, etc) 2) Write out your diet plan 3) Write out your exercise plan 4) Come ready to achieve success. With so many opportunites to be successful, failure should not be an option. Choose to improve! 5) You will be asked to take measurements as well as a picture of yourself (Pictures should be taken at: pre day 1, day 30, day 60 and day 90). You will not have to submit the pictures. This is for you so you can see the results. Trust me, you will be glad you did! I will ask that you submit your measurements to me so that I can update everyone on how everyone is doing. 7) You will have to send me updates regarding measurements and weight Note: Please email me your exercise plan as well as your diet plan. I will add your information at the following link: Paticipants Goals and Objectives Prizes: At this time, we will have no prizes. We will recognize the individual that lost the most weight, the individual that lost the most inches and a few others as well. However, in reality, if you make it the 90 days then you are a WINNER.
