Christian Sports would like to invite you to sign up for the Christian Sports Fitness Challenge.

As most of you are aware I am always looking for new ideas and things to get involved with. In this case, Fitness is not new to me. The sad reality is, neither is being a slacker. In December of 2005 I was called "slow" by Cody Burns after one of my Football games. That comment got me motivated to work out regularly, eat right and the result was I lost over 20lbs. I felt so much better. The key to my success was that I was motivated, determined and encouraged along the way.

Well, I am once again looking for a motivating factor to get back out there and get into better shape. Maybe, you are as well. If you are, I would like to invite and challenge you to participate in the 90 Day Christian Sports Fitness Challenge.

What is the Christian Sports Fitness Challenge?

It is a commitment you will have to make for 90 days to eat better, exercise and begin the journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Anybody can participate in this challenge. It doesn't matter if you are 18 or 80. You just have to commit to get fit and do something about it over the next 90 days. I will provide a list of different exercise programs that you can do in your neighborhood, in your home or at a gym. Most of these exercise programs require little equipment but they do require a lot of commitment. The good news is, there is an exercise program for everyone. Whether you are physically fit, half way physically fit or just completely out of shape there is a program for you. They key is you have to WANT TO!!! Once that step is out of the way you are on your way to better health, better fitness and a better lifestyle.

The Fitness Challenge will officially start on September 24th and we will be done on December 24th.

I'll be explaining what I plan to do over the 90-day challenge in a follow-up email to our group. You can join me or do your own thing. It doesn't matter - just do something!
